TomRig ICOM IC-R8500 Memory Manager

I have made several memory management programs for managing the radio channel memories of HAM radio transceivers and communication receivers. This program is a memory manager for the ICOM IC-R8500 receiver. It features 20 banks of varying number of channel memories, up to 1000 channels total. This program can download and upload the bank names and channel memories. It can also save and load them to/from CSV (comma separated values) files. It displays current frequency and mode of the radio in real time, and it can change radio frequency and mode by clicking on a channel memory in the list with the mouse. The channel memories can be easily edited and re-arranged with this program.
